We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Scientist who thrives in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. In this role you will lead and mentor a team of data scientists while remaining handson with coding and technical work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities fullstack development exposure and the ability to act as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists providing technical guidance and career development support.
- Architect design and implement advanced data models and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Drive endtoend development of machine learning models from concept to production.
- Maintain handson involvement in coding debugging and deploying data pipelines and models.
- Ensure best practices in coding model deployment and cloud infrastructure usage.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in metallurgy mechanical or a related field from IIT NIT or top university.
- 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in metal industry manufacturing industry or similar industry exposure
- Strong Python programming skills with expertise in libraries like NumPy Pandas Scikitlearn TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven fullstack development experience including backend systems REST APIs and frontend integration.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP for deployment and scaling of models.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices for machine learning (MLOps).
- Exceptional problemsolving organizational and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
