Relevant Experience Required :6 8 years
- Experience working on cyber security privacy and risk management initiatives
- Support research/development security agendas as they relate to the protection of corporate assets connectivity and critical apps/infrastructure
- Promote research/development capabilities run out of Labs/ODC's
- Generate plans proposals budgets and strategy for cyber security programs applications and issues
- Provide scientific and technical advice for cyber security issues
- Present briefings and instruction to technical audiences leadership and sponsors on cyber security issues research and programs
- Maintain awareness and understanding of open cyber security research best practices and work arounds
- Incorporate group level security policies at operating company level
- Lead big organizational and technical change
- Ability to effectively and collaboratively identify and synchronize security interdependencies
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Experience leading technical crossfunctional programs and championing delivery success
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with great creative problemsolving skills
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineering leadership on relevant security projects & programs
- CISSP Certification mandatory (cleared)
