Job Description
Cloud Operations Security
This role will focus on supporting operational tasks. If youre passionate about cloud security project execution and building secure systems wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in triaging planning and responding to internal audit findings.
- Support AWS cloud infrastructure security initiatives (e.g. EC2 Networking Security Hub).
- Work on internal tools development and improvement projects.
- Lead smaller scoped security projects such as infrastructure labeling enhancements or tool expansion.
- Contribute to vulnerability management including reporting triage and remediation.
- Prepare and support internal audits selfassessments and security exercises.
- Help plan and create training content or exercises for internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 25 years of experience in security operations or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of security principles techniques and technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud security technologies especially AWS (e.g. EC2 Security Hub Inspector).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with compliance frameworks like ISO or HIPAA.
- Skills in configuring hardening and assessing technical resources.
- Knowledge of application security such as secure coding or vulnerability management.
