Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for travel and customer service We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team in Athens Greece! Whether youre seeking a fresh start abroad or already living in Greece this is an exciting opportunity to build a career in an international environment.
Your Role as a Travel Advisor (GermanSpeaking)
As a Customer Advisor youll be the first point of contact for travelers providing topnotch support and ensuring a seamless experience.
Your daily tasks will include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Accurately recording customer feedback questions and issues in the system.
Resolving complaints following company policies and escalation procedures.
Meeting response and resolution targets to maintain excellent service levels.
Using troubleshooting techniques and training materials to assist customers.
Offering tailored recommendations to common travelrelated issues.
What We are Looking For
High school diploma or higher qualification.
Fluent in German (native level or C2).
Strong English skills (C1 level).
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Customerfocused mindset with great communication skills.
Ideally at least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service position.
