The Role of Marketing Manager:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team of four Junior Marketing Executives within a marketleading business in the building materials sector. Supplying products to builders merchants retailers and garden centres the company is seeking an experienced and strategic marketing professional to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading mentoring and developing a team of Junior Marketing Executives to execute highimpact marketing campaigns.
• Creating and implementing the overall marketing strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Managing multichannel campaigns across digital print and tradefocused platforms.
• Overseeing content creation brand messaging and customer engagement initiatives.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to drive marketing effectiveness.
• Managing budgets tracking KPIs and providing performance insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to enhance brand positioning.
• Ensuring the professional growth of the marketing team through coaching training and performance management.

The Requirements for the Marketing Manager:

We are looking for either:

• A background in marketing within a productbased industry.
