Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Ellensburg WA
Salary Range: $85000 $100337 per year
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
HireNow Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a wellrespected healthcare facility in Ellensburg WA. The OT will assess patient needs develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to help individuals regain independence in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients physical cognitive and functional abilities to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living and work skills.
- Utilize therapeutic exercises adaptive techniques and assistive devices to improve patient function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and athome therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records progress notes and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety protocols and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuing education and stay updated on the latest therapy techniques.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
