Job Description
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex programs ensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and budgets.
Agile Methodology Expertise: Drive Agile best practices across teams ensuring efficient sprint planning backlog grooming and program increment (PI) planning.
Mobile Application Expertise: Collaborate with iOS and Android development teams to manage app release cycles feature roadmaps and ongoing enhancements.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with crossfunctional teams including Product IT UX/UI Design Marketing and Operations to ensure program goals are met.
Aviation Alignment: Integrate aviationspecific needs into mobile app features leveraging knowledge of industry standards operations and customer behaviors.
Customer Focus: Champion usercentric design and functionality by incorporating customer feedback and industry trends into program deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks dependencies and obstacles proactively creating mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
DataDriven Decisions: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
Communication: Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership ensuring transparency on program status challenges and achievements.
Qualifications: Bachelors in business administration Computer Science or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: 10 years of experience in program/project management.
Proven success in mobile application development or managing large complex programs.
Extensive experience managing programs in Agile environments including frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Aviation industry experience or knowledge of airline operations is highly preferred.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycles CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Rally/ADO or similar platforms.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead crossfunctional teams influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of resolving complex program challenges.
