• Take patient medical history before exams 10%.
  
• Interpret doctors written scanning instructions correctly 10%.
  
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation 10%.
  
• Position patients using immobilization devices for optimal image quality 10%.
  
• Set technical parameters operate Xray machines and observe image data 30%.
  
• Evaluate Xrays for quality and determine if repeats are necessary 10%.
  
• Assist radiologists with arthrograms 10%.
  
• Support other modalities when needed 10%.
  

• Restock supplies and maintain a clean organized work environment.
  
• Regularly sanitize waiting and procedure rooms.
  

• ARRT(R) certified.
  
• BLS certified.
  
• High School Diploma or GED.
  
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
  
• Experience with radiologic procedures.
  

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Proficiency in radiologic procedures.
  
• Venipuncture skills.
  
• Flexibility to adapt as needed within the center.
  

• Ability to sit bend and stand for extended periods.
  
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. from ground to waist level.
