Job Description
Job Title: Principal Business Systems Analyst
location: Juno beach Florida
Must Have:
Deep understanding of business analysis Agile methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis process modelling and requirements documentation.
Strong understanding and experience with test management and solution certification (QMetry Jira)
Familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)
Strong experience with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM) and data management solutions.
Must Have prior experience with Utility domain on enterprise level.
Job Summary:
Energy Client will lead and support the design implementation and maintenance of complex IT systems and projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
This role requires extensive interaction with business stakeholders technical teams and external vendors.
The IT Business Systems Analyst Principal will serve as a liaison ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and met through technology solutions and will play a critical role in applying a deep understanding of business processes and technology capabilities to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead largescale IT projects from inception through delivery ensuring they meet scope budget timeline and quality criteria.
Stakeholder Engagement: stakeholders to understand business needs gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Design and document business process flows data models and system integrations.
Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to foster consensus and drive decisionmaking.
Develop and review test plans and oversee user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
