Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Cloud Developer to contribute to cuttingedge projects in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate is a U.S. citizen has a TS/SCI security clearance with fullscope polygraph (or the ability to obtain one) and is skilled in Agile development using CI/CD principles Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Spring Boot microservices using Java 8.
- Deploy containerized applications to Kubernetes or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Contribute to Agile development cycles and CI/CD processes.
- Design and implement RESTful web services.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver highquality software solutions.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- TS/SCI clearance with a fullscope polygraph desired; strong candidates with the ability to obtain clearance will be considered.
- Experience with Java 8 development.
- Proficiency in building applications within a cloud environment.
- Handson experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot Hibernate/JPA frameworks and Linux systems.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React (preferred) Vue Angular or JQuery UI.
- Proficiency in developing web applications using Java and frameworks like Spring.
- Background in ETL/Big Data application development.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience installing configuring and managing databases like MySQL PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
