Head of Projects
About the Role
We seek an experienced and resultsdriven Head of Projects to lead and oversee the successful delivery of all projects within our organization. This critical leadership role ensures projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset strong leadership capabilities and an indepth understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of all projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely costeffective and highquality delivery.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of project managers fostering a culture of collaboration continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Develop implement and refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency outcomes and consistency.
- Serve as the primary interface for key stakeholders providing transparent updates and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Identify project risks establish mitigation strategies and effectively manage changes in scope schedule and costs.
- Drive effective resource allocation and optimize team performance addressing risks while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- To track project performance leverage metrics and analytical tools ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree or PMP certification is highly desirable).
- Extensive experience in project management including leading largescale complex initiatives ideally within the technology or construction sectors.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and effectively direct crossfunctional teams.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills capable of building trust and aligning diverse interests around shared goals.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools alongside a deep understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills committed to delivering highquality customerfocused results.
