Job Summary
The Fulfillment Operations Associate will oversee the fulfillment and logistics operations for the company s crossborder commerce product. This includes managing the endtoend supply chain to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with suppliers warehouses and transportation providers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Resolve operational issues related to fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of order statuses and fulfillment timelines.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address orderrelated issues.
- Analyze fulfillment operations to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Operations or related field.
- 12 years of experience in fulfillment or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
