What you will be doing:
- Guide daily site activities ensuring everyone sticks to schedules and quality standards.
- Keep an eye on progress solve problems and find strategies for efficient execution.
- Coordinate site teams manage contractor performance and lead site meetings.
- Track expenditures identify costsaving opportunities and ensure quality.
- Prepare documentation ensure compliance with regulations and report on progress.
- Provide updates to Development PM manage risks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage communication and facilitate site meetings.
- Manage snagging processes and conduct regular inspections prior to handover
What is needed:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Construction Management Civil Engineering etc.)
- 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven project planning scheduling budgeting and financial management expertise.
- Ability to oversee site activities manage contractors and ensure quality and adherence to schedules.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
