Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Collect organise and analyse data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Create and maintain detailed reports dashboards and visualisations to present findings effectively.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimise processes and support strategic decisions.
- Investigate and resolve datarelated issues ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to improve data quality and accessibility.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- Certification in data analytics or business analysis.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis business analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex systems.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience in a projectbased environment.
