Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and potential candidates maintaining excellent communication and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to promote recruitment services.
  
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
  
• Maintain a detailed record of client and candidate interactions in the database.
  
• Schedule and confirm appointments or interviews as required.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and followups.
  
• Resolve client and candidate queries with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  
• Provide feedback to the management on client and market trends.
  
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions through telephonic outreach.
  
• Handle rejection gracefully and ensure followups on interested leads.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• A graduate in any discipline.
  
• 1 to 3 years of experience in tele calling or a similar role.
  
• Fluency in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and CRM tools.
