Key Job Responsibilities
Payroll Processing:
- Calculate employee salaries bonuses deductions and overtime.
- Process monthly biweekly or weekly payrolls depending on the organization.
- Maintain records of hours worked and manage timesheets.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal tax laws.
- Prepare and file tax returns such as income tax Social Security and unemployment.
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors.
Employee Queries and Support:
- Address employee questions related to payroll deductions and benefits.
- Resolve discrepancies and investigate payroll issues promptly.
Data Management:
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Update systems with new hires terminations and salary changes.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
Systems and Technology:
- Operate and maintain payroll software systems Greythr is a must
- Collaborate with IT or HR to implement payrollrelated technologies.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Software Knowledge: Experience with Greythr software
