- Oversee daily accounting department processes (recording transactions updating records reviewing client contracts)
- AP and AR processing using QuickBooks
- Payroll review
- Maintain ADP employee profiles
- Vendor Management
- Monthly reconciliations
- GL maintenance
- Regularly upgrade and improve operating procedures and regularly document the changes
- Participate in departmental meetings
- Track the status of tasks using project management software
Requirements
- Ability to multitask
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills both written and oral
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with BILL preferred
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets preferred
