Job Description
As we enter a growth phase FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center of West Pearland is seeking dedicated and compassionate PartTime Physical Therapists to join our team of professionals. - Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
- Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions referrals patient conditions and records
- Plan prepare and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
- Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes weekly reports initial evaluations and discharge summaries
- Communicate with referring physicians
- Assist with marketing efforts as needed
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in TX
- One year of experience in an outpatient setting (ortho neuro or vestibular) is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for learning and working with vestibular balance neurological and fallrisk patients
