Job Description
One of our clients seeks a System Analyst to support in ongoing releases enhancements and defect fixes for a largescale healthcare claims processing system. This position requires expertise in data analysis conversion and validation within Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modules and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with mainframes DB2 Teradata and endtoend testing coordination across multiple vendors and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis including mapping rules ETL design and conversion validation.
- Manage all phases of System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and EndtoEnd Testing (E2E).
- Create and execute test scenarios test cases and test data while tracking and resolving defects.
- Coordinate defect triage calls with multiple vendors and ensure timely resolution.
- Evaluate and present conversion results to stakeholders.
- Generate detailed test summaries execution metrics and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Track historical UAT testing data and maintain thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and business users to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines while maintaining integrity professionalism and customer service standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in data analysis including programming logic and data conversion mapping.
- 10 years of experience with largescale claims processing systems.
- Proficiency in ETL design and validating data conversion results.
- 7 years of experience with mainframes testing and Teradata queries.
- Expertise in test scenario development test case creation execution and defect tracking.
- Strong experience coordinating SIT UAT and E2E testing activities for large projects.
Additional Information
- Onsite Requirement: 3 days/week onsite in Richmond VA and 2 days remote.
- Parking is not provided for contractors.
