- You are proficient in customer loyalty management customer needs analysis product categorization and recruitment.
- English Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
- Convene and meet with different customers to maintain loyalty.
- Coordinate tasks for the maintenance of operations.
- Supervise that the work performed by the analyst meets the expected quality.
- Categorize the products and services offered.
- Understand the customers need and offer services that meet the need.
- Locate and recruit personnel for vacancies offered.
- Manage the invoicing of each client according to the compendium of hours worked per month.
- Manage personnel logistics (permits equipment workshop coordination scheduling client visits vacations etc.).
- Fill out and keep the opportunity charts PYG updated.
