Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BMS);
- Serious knowledge of HVAC technologies for central heating ventilation and air conditioning;
- Desire to design and implement systems in building automation;
- Good electrical knowledge;
- Work experience with AutoCad;
- Good level of English;
- Valid drivers license cat. B.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of specifications and functional descriptions technical solutions and financial proposals for partial building automation;
- Conducting communication with clients regarding clarification of technical and functional issues;
- Communication with equipment suppliers concerning the preparation of various technical proposals
- Compliance with the design and functionality of the proposed solution and coordination of activities between the various specialties at the implementation level;
- Giving proposals for optimization of technical and financial parameters of the projects;
- Design the proposed technical solutions.
