Job Description
As a Credit Management Specialist you will assess manage and mitigate credit risks to safeguard the organization s financial stability. You ll evaluate customer creditworthiness enforce credit policies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and timely payments.

Your Daily Tasks
- Manage finances focusing on credit control and debt collection by contacting clients with overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up to ensure timely payments.
- Update client records to reflect payment histories and arrangements.
- Arrange and participate in meetings with clients to address and resolve disputes or queries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed financial records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve outstanding debts.
- Ensure timely reporting reconciliation and payment allocation.
- Address queries related to invoices charges and payments.
- Handle disputes and provide advice on invoicerelated issues.
- Meet deadlines and issue statements of accounts.
- Adhere to established payment management and credit control policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Provide relevant insights in debt collection meetings and recommend solutions for problematic clients.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in other accounting tasks as assigned.
- Prepare reports for government compliance as required.
- Create additional analyses and reports as needed.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by the manager.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate timely payments and address creditrelated concerns.
- Identify areas of concern assist in developing relevant solutions track progress and drive activities to completion.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by the company s representatives through direct written orders or verbal assignments.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- A college graduate preferably with a degree in accounting or financerelated courses.
- Strong numeracy skills analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes effectively.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure with a diplomatic yet firm approach.
- Proficiency in data entry and processing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using collection software.
- A proven track record of at least 2 years in collections customer service or accounts/finance roles.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
Location Requirement:
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig and/or Mandaluyong City.
