WHO YOU ARE

You are a businessminded technologist with 5 years of experience in technology architecture and systems development. You bring deep expertise in cloudbased platforms like Microsoft Salesforce and Snowflake and have a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You thrive in highgrowth environments enjoy managing crossfunctional teams and are committed to aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Your leadership style is rooted in servant leadership and you prioritize team development and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Senior Technical Architect you will design and implement scalable technology solutions manage a team of three direct reports and lead largescale projects from inception to completion. You will create and maintain a cohesive technology roadmap collaborate with crossdepartmental teams and ensure all solutions adhere to data security best practices. You ll monitor performance make datadriven recommendations and act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

You will leverage your technical expertise to integrate cloudbased platforms and develop custom solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. You ll set clear goals for your team manage performance and prioritize professional growth. You ll foster collaboration and transparency ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with business goals. You ll continuously address risks related to data management security and system integrity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

5 years of experience in technology architecture systems development or a related role
Expertise in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Salesforce Snowflake Power BI and AI tools
Strong understanding of SOC Type 2 compliance and security protocols
Proven track record of delivering largescale projects on time and under budget
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills
Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering or a related field (Master s preferred)
Experience in highgrowth organizations achieving 30% annual growth
Strong background in financial oversight and alignment with EBITDA optimization
Familiarity with modern helpdesk systems and their integration
