Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing usercentric experiences across our suite of Copilot tools ensuring that our products are intuitive accessible and delightful to use.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Design wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create user flows personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design is accurately implemented.
- Stay uptodate with UX trends tools and best practices to continuously improve our product experiences.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process ensuring that usability and accessibility are top priorities.
Requirements
- 35 years of UX design experience preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects demonstrating a deep understanding of usercentered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with web and mobile design best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry or with SaaS products.
- Familiarity with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g. WCAG).
