This is a remote position.

Role Name: Account Manager

Schedule:

  • Fulltime flexible Monday to Friday AEST either 0830 or 0930 start going until 1730 or 1830.

Client Timezone: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our client s expanding team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships from initial inquiry through project completion. You ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects in the event film and construction spaces utilizing your problemsolving skills and creativity to deliver tailored solutions. This position offers a unique blend of client interaction project management and business development making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment and is looking to grow their career in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries providing timely and accurate information
  • Develop and manage client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Create detailed customized quotes using Xero and Google Sheets tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs
  • Coordinate seamlessly between clients and the internal operations team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage the entire client journey from initial contact through project completion ensuring all deliverables are met
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to client challenges thinking creatively to overcome obstacles
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying upselling opportunities and potentially engaging in business development activities
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Xero Google Sheets and other relevant software tools
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a creative approach to addressing client needs
  • Proven experience in customer service account management or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new industries and technologies
  • Experience in the event film or construction industries is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
