Position Title: Virtual Assistant/Sales AssociateWork Setup: Work from Home/Work from Office
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 40000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Phoenix US Time or 12:00 AM 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/SALES ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant/Sales Associate:
Manage and schedule appointments for the business primarily through LinkedIn outreach and email communication.
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
Assist with creating and sending targeted email campaigns to prospective clients to promote services and secure bookings.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads appointments and followup tasks.
Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant/Sales Associate:
Proven experience in Sales Customer Service and/or Virtual Assistance.
Strong communication skills with good English accent.
Proficiency in LinkedIn for outreach and appointment scheduling.
Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns is a plus.
Comfortable with making sales calls and following up with leads.
Selfmotivated organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
