Requirements
SAP BTP Integration Specialist
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP Integration Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of handson experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP CPI). The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. This role involves analyzing business requirements designing integration solutions and ensuring seamless implementation and support for complex business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP CPI.
Design develop and implement integration scenarios including ApplicationtoApplication (A2A) and BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) processes.
Work with major adapters such as SFTP SOAP REST IDOC ODATA JDBC SuccessFactors and others.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure the implementation of robust security practices including SSL PGP encryptions and compliance with organizational policies.
Provide clarity on security concepts and their application in integration solutions.
Scripting and Mapping:
Utilize Groovy scripts and XSLT mapping to customize and enhance integration processes.
Optimize performance and reliability of integration flows.
Technical Infrastructure:
Leverage SAP Cloud Connector and BTP Cockpit to support integration operations.
Monitor and maintain integration landscapes for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Testing and Validation:
Perform Unit System and Integration Testing throughout the project lifecycle.
Document testing results and ensure alignment with project specifications and business requirements.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues and propose effective solutions.
Provide postimplementation support to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with business users to define scope and gather business requirements.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams in a global delivery model.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Guide and mentor technical teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
Provide oversight and direction to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP CPI).
Expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions for A2A and B2B scenarios.
Proficiency with adapters such as SFTP SOAP REST IDOC ODATA JDBC SuccessFactors etc.
Strong understanding of security protocols including SSL and PGP encryptions.
Experience in Groovy scripting and XSLT mapping.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and BTP Cockpit.
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve critical issues effectively.
Handson experience in performing testing (Unit System Integration) and documenting results.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.
Exposure to working in crossfunctional and multicultural team environments.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
