Job Description

Black & Grey HR has partnered with a premier real estate development company in KSA. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead their financial strategy and operations. This critical role involves managing the holding s financial actions including planning risk management and reporting. The CFO will collaborate closely with senior executives and the board of directors to shape and execute the financial strategy ensuring alignment with the organization s goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills deep expertise in the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia and a solid understanding of management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement accounting processes aligned with the holding s strategic objectives.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial information reporting financial results to the board of directors shareholders and corporate officers.
Drive budgetary planning and cost management ensuring alignment with the holding s strategic plan.
Analyze financial reports trends and opportunities for growth including investments working capital and capital expenditures.
Manage the company s cash flow and forecasting establishing a reliable cash management process with clear reporting mechanisms to meet operational needs.
Lead and coordinate the annual audit process liaising with external auditors and the finance committee to address necessary changes.
Build and lead the finance team by setting goals conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional development.
Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to external stakeholders.


Requirements


Master s degree in accounting finance or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g. CPA) are highly desirable.
At least 7 years of experience in a Big 4 or consulting firm.
Experience in financial management within the real estate sector is a plus.
Strong understanding of regulatory and financial reporting requirements including IFRS standards and consolidation processes.
Expertise in financial analysis including liquidity solvency and profitability analysis.
Proven track record in developing robust accounting standards financial strategies and budgeting processes.
