Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher.
Experience:
- 12 18 months in desktop support services (DSS).
- 12 18 months in technical project management or customer engagement.
Technical Expertise:
- Windows OS Active Directory GPOs and Enterprise Antivirus solutions.
- Office 365 and mobile device management.
- Basic knowledge of IT networks servers audio/visual and telecoms.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher) and French (B2 minimum).
- Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record for eligibility for a corporate car.
- Fulltime onsite availability in Belgium.
- Must hold a Belgian or EU passport or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights.
- Flexibility to work offhours and weekends when required.
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills.
