Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 4 year Engineering Degree
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or microelectronics industry ideally working with wafer processing
- Dicing probing testing background a plus
- Proficiency with CAD CAE schematic capture layout and simulation tools are a plus
- Capable of immediately development of prototype board designs
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues the physics of the components and how they operate (at temperatures / material sciences)
- Must be US Citizen or lawful residence of the US
