- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders product owners and development teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and discussions to understand business needs and translate them into detailed user stories or requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Support product backlog grooming prioritization and sprint planning activities.

- 8 10 years of experience in Business Analysis with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and a thorough understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques including process mapping requirements elicitation and gap analysis.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
