Job Description
Position Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: Php 55000.00 Php 65000.00
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrative Staff member with expertise in API integration data management and client interaction. The role focuses on optimizing administrative operations integrating data systems and enhancing client services through technical proficiency.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) DEVELOPER
Your Responsibilities as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer would be:
API and Database Integration:
Establish secure and efficient connections between the API database of a designated cloud service and the inhouse database.
Ensure seamless data synchronization and facilitate realtime updates.
Data Processing and Presentation:
Develop SQL queries or Power Query scripts to process raw data into clientspecific presentation formats.
Incorporate live data feeds that dynamically adapt to changes in payroll schedules.
Client Portal Development:
Design and deploy a userfriendly client portal with:
Upload functionality: Allow clients to submit new referrals.
Live payroll tracking: Enable clients to view payroll dates in realtime or nearrealtime.
Download functionality: Provide clients with access to relevant accounting data.
Advanced Excel Solutions:
Create and automate Excelbased tools for data visualization reporting and analysis.
Ensure compatibility and ease of integration with other data systems
Qualifications as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration with any major or related field.
Technical Expertise:
23 years of experience with Microsoft Suite particularly Power Apps.
Proven ability to link API databases of cloud services with inhouse databases.
Strong proficiency in SQL or Power Query for processing raw data and adapting to client presentation requirements including live data feed adjustments based on payroll dates.
Expertlevel Excel skills for advanced data management analysis and
Development and Integration Skills:
Experience creating client portals with features such as:
Upload functionality for new client referrals.
Live or nearlive tracking of payroll dates.
Download capabilities for accounting data relevant to inhouse use
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Attributes:
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A keen attention to detail.
Willingness to contribute and speak up on new ideas.
Processdriven with an ability to document procedures.
