Job Description
- Facilitate EV manufacturing transition for SEDIowned and Very Small Businesses
- Manage project services including advisory support technical assistance and capital access
- Lead corporate member pipeline to identify EV component demand
- Implement quarterly platform engagement events
- Develop and execute strategic project plans
- Collaborate with Business Solutions Group to deliver impactful training
- Track and report key performance indicators
- Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive progress reports
- Engage with corporate partners OEMs and suppliers
- Evaluate strategy effectiveness and integrate feedback mechanisms
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage transition projects from internal combustion to electric vehicle production
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Excellent communication across diverse crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in project management and CRM platforms
- Masters degree
- 5 years experience in automotive/manufacturing sector project management
