Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer at TECS you will work in a challenging and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You ll be responsible for the installation repair and maintenance of Woodward control equipment at customer sites. You ll frequently work on location both nationally and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a love of travel. Most assignments last one day but occasionally you ll work onsite for several days. On rare occasions for experienced professionals projects may last multiple weeks with weekends spent at home.
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and maintenance with customer satisfaction being central to your work.
Compensation
Salary:gross per month depending on experience.
Additional compensation of up to 2000 per month for overtime travel and oncall duties.
An intensive onboarding program with both theoretical and practical training where you ll work directly with experienced colleagues.
After approximately three years you ll be fully trained in all our products and systems.

Job Requirements
MBO/HBO (Associate/Bachelor s) degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Energy Technology or similar fields.
Experience in a similar technical role is a plus but not required.
VCAVOL (Safety for Operational Supervisors) certification is mandatory.
A valid driver s license (Category B) is required.
Dutch is a plus; English proficiency is essential.
Willingness and medical fitness to complete the Nogepa 0.5 (H.U.E.T.) training.
Available for oncall duties once every eight weeks. During these periods you ll be on standby for urgent repairs or maintenance tasks outside regular working hours.
Flexibility pragmatism and a nononsense mindset are essential as is emotional stability.
Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
