Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound emails correspondence and project leads
Input and organize tasks into Asana assigning roles and duties to team members
Create and manage tickets for client requests and inquiries
Respond to client emails and maintain clear communication
Book facilities (e.g. podcast room) for recurring clients
Draft invoices and send deposit links for bookings
Update and maintain project calendars
Assist with lead generation and personalized outreach using tools like Zoom Info
Coordinate with various departments including event rentals video production and marketing
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools
Exceptional written communication skills for client correspondence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation concepts
Adaptability to work across various business verticals
Scope:
Manage projects across event rentals video production and digital marketing services
Handle correspondence for projects ranging from private events to video content creation
Coordinate tasks for a team working on 2530 video projects annually with aim to increase
Assist in scaling business operations through efficient project management and lead generation
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unapid lunch break
