This is a remote position.

Position Title: Junior Bookkeeper
Work Setup: WFH
Salary: Php 25000 Php 35000
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our team. The responsibilities of a
bookkeeper include managing daytoday accounting and finance requirements.
Confidentiality excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for
this position as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
The successful Candidate will collaborate with the Client and their Australianbased
bookkeeper to maintain bestpractice financial processes ensuring the accuracy and
timeliness of records and data.

Responsibilities as a JUNIOR Bookkeeper:

Accurately managing client accounts including:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Bank reconciliations and payroll processing.
Invoice management and tracking.
Ensuring financial records are up to date within the accounting software.
Assisting with the preparation of monthly reporting packs.
Conducting monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts.
Collaborating closely with the Client and their Australian bookkeeper to meet
bookkeeping deadlines.
Preparing financial reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing account
information and trends.
Generating and presenting client reports ensuring they communicate key business
information effectively.
Notifying senior staff of any accounting discrepancies or errors.

Qualifications as an Junior Bookkeeper:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in data entry record keeping and related
bookkeeping tasks including balance sheet reconciliations bank reconciliations
endofmonth journals Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Proven experience and proficiency with general accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and written skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders including team members
in Australia.
