IT Project Manager (Compliance / Audit)
This open role with our client in the insurance industry offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on critical projects related to Legal Compliance Government and Audit applications. As a key contributor you ll drive initiatives from concept to completion collaborating with talented teams and utilizing innovative project management methodologies. If youre passionate about delivering highquality solutions in a fastpaced and supportive environment this could be the perfect role for you.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $66 to $70 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $80 to $83 per hour.
10month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Develop track and manage project budgets plans timelines and scope.
Oversee project resources including staffing coaching and motivation.
Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements.
Lead development teams to deliver highquality software solutions that meet business needs.
Define and oversee test plans to ensure products are defectfree before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Facilitate the UAT process and coordinate rollout plans.
Prepare and present costbenefit analyses.
Utilize systems development and project management processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
Present project updates to steering committees or sponsors.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or a related discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
57 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Extensive experience collaborating with multiple teams to deliver projects in Legal Compliance Government and Audit contexts.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Outstanding problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Adaptable and able to thrive in fastpaced evolving environments.
