***This is a hybrid position. You will primarily work from home but attendance at onsite meetings and visits will be required as needed.***
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with 30 min unpaid break. Candidate must be flexible with working outside these hours if required.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs qualify opportunities and schedule at least 8 meetings per week for further development and closure.
- Develop sites postsale including onboarding hiring training and scheduling staff aiding in payroll invoicing and timesheet management.
- Report to the national director and consistently respond to the regional manager.
- Ensure all staff arrive onsite handling emergency work requests if necessary.
- Send and ensure timely payment of all invoices.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Make at least 80 calls per day and meet set targets.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced office environment.

- Hourly Pay: $20/hr Comission
- Commission: You will earn a 10% commission on each clients monthly profit during the first year of the contract. After the first year the commission will reduce to 5% continuing for as long as the client remains with Armour.

- Commission BuildUp: This is a buildup commission structure with no cap on earnings.
