As an IT Support reporting to the IT Manager you will be essential in maintaining and optimizing our technical infrastructure and network ensuring reliable and consistent service. This role calls for versatility; alongside technical support and troubleshooting you will manage stock inventory and assist with facility tasks as needed. Your adaptability and proactive approach will be crucial in supporting seamless operations across the organization.
Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Managing stock inventory
Requirements
This role would ideally suit someone with the following characteristics knowledge and skills:
Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven work experience in IT support roles.
Proficient in English language
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to management. Efficient organized and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
Comfortable working in shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
Strong team player with problemsolving skills.
