Job Description
As a Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of reusable branded cup solutions in the B2B space. You ll be managing the full sales cycle from identifying leads and making outbound calls to finalizing contracts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Your Daily Tasks
- Manage the full sales cycle from identifying leads to closing deals.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients presenting our reusable branded cup solutions and explaining the benefits of partnering with our brand.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using various methods like cold calling networking and research.
- Understand the needs of prospective clients and tailor your sales pitch to demonstrate how our products meet their needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Develop longterm relationships with customers acting as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with broader sales strategies and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems including tracking prospects followups and sales outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Deliver excellent postsale service to ensure client satisfaction and retention assisting in ongoing account management as needed.
- Provide feedback to the team about customer demands and market trends to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Proven experience in sales ideally in a B2B setting with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone sales skills including cold calling and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to listen actively and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to driving sales.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track activities.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and trends is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales.
- Experience using project management or CRM software such as Monday.com or similar tools.
