Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related areas
02 Years of experience.
Proficiency in basic SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis.
Experience in researching and analyzing logs to identify issues and trends.
Excellent Communication (Written and Speaking) skills.
A genuine passion for ensuring customer success.
Good Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power point )
Nice to have Experience in working ticketing tools.
Passion for using software products and improving the user experience.
