increase sales better manage inventory collect valuable data on the shopping habits of
their customers.
retailcloud platform consists of omni channel apps APIs payments & analytics
applications for business owners. We help small mid & Large businesses and make
retail simple.


Requirements


  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related areas

  • 02 Years of experience.

  • Proficiency in basic SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis.

  • Experience in researching and analyzing logs to identify issues and trends.

  • Excellent Communication (Written and Speaking) skills.

  • A genuine passion for ensuring customer success.

  • Good Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power point )

  • Nice to have Experience in working ticketing tools.

  • Passion for using software products and improving the user experience.
