Job Description
On behalf of our client a global Real Estate firm we are looking to hire an ambitious Analyst to join their Asset Management team in Dublin.
The Role:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets forecasts cash flow forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Investment underwriting and analysis as needed including the preparation of investment committee materials.
- Management of quarterly internal/external valuations and valuation analysis.
- Assist the MD with acquisition and disposition process
Requirements
- Third level qualification in Real Estate Economics Finance Engineering or Mathematical discipline.
- Experience using financial analysis using Excel.
- Excellent reporting skills to include asset and portfolio analysis and client communications.
- Self starter and ability to work autonomously and on own initiative.

3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
