Title: Program Manager
Location: Washington DC (Onsite with possibility of hybrid)

Security Clearance: All qualified candidates must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with DHS Suitability
Position Overview:
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives ensuring seamless communication and coordination. This role encompasses providing subject matter expertise program management comprehensive program analysis reporting documentation strategic planning and overall oversight. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agencys (CISA) Sector Risk Management Agency needs driving excellence in execution and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
- Conduct detailed analysis evaluation and develop recommendations for improvements optimization development and maintenance efforts to address clientspecific or missioncritical challenges
- Consult with clients to define needs or problems and develop tailored solutions
- Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect analyze and interpret data
- Offer professional advice and recommend effective solutions based on datadriven insights
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have at least 10 years of program management experience and an MA/MS degree
- Must be able to provide strategic advice technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff;
- Provide federal program analysis evaluation and recommendations for improvements
- Must have Cost Forecasting experience at the level of the contract and be able to respond to COR questions regarding contract cost estimation variance burn etc.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams working in a fastpaced environment with private sector stakeholders
- Prior experience supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) or other DHS entities
- Deep background in financial management and project controls within their project management background
