Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our clients dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in businessrelated law and a keen understanding of complex financial schemes including Ponzi schemes. If you are a detailoriented professional with a passion for supporting attorneys in highstakes legal matters we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in managing and preparing legal documents contracts and correspondence.

Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on businessrelated law including Ponzi scheme litigation and compliance issues.

Coordinate with clients witnesses and stakeholders in English and Spanish languages.

Organize and maintain case files ensuring all documents are updated and accessible.

Support attorneys in court filings hearings and trials as required.

Translate legal documents and communications between required languages.

Requirements

Must have experience as a paralegal preferably in businessrelated law or cases involving Ponzi schemes.

Bachelor s degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field.

Certification in Paralegal Studies is highly preferred.

Fluency in English and Spanish both written and verbal.

Strong research organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Familiarity with legal software and tools.
