About You:
You are a techsavvy professional with a proven track record of managing IT systems in multilocation setups and hybrid (inoffice and WFH) environments. You are wellversed in supporting enterprise tools like Microsoft Intune JAMF and O365 with a strong focus on compliance frameworks and IT security. You thrive in a fastpaced environment effectively balancing support for remote users and onpremises operations.
Requirements
System Maintenance and Security:
- Perform regular system updates backups and recovery tests.
- Implement and monitor IT security policies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
User Assistance:
- Provide technical support to endusers in multilocation setups ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage helpdesk tickets efficiently using tools like Jira.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires including hardware setup and IT training.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes and compliance.
- Generate reports on system performance and support activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across locations to address complex issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams for seamless IT operations.

Mandatory Requirements: Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week. Proven experience managing IT systems in multi-location setups, including remote and on-premises environments. Strong expertise in MS Intune, MS Exchange, Azure Entra ID (Active Directory), MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems. Experience with networking and security tools, including firewall and VPN configuration (FortiGate preferred). Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC2, or HITRUST. Knowledge of IT asset management, including tools like Snipe-IT or similar. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, or Terraform. Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyConnect).
