Job Description
This role performs advanced analysis involving all aspects of supporting improving and enhancing the database and reports for a large project. This position requires strong SQL PL/SQL and Stored Procedure skills. The worker will also devise approaches to solving complex problems provide thought leadership manage project scope and provide ongoing updates on project status. The worker will also need to exhibit a high level of skill in data aggregation and analysis. This position works for the section of ITSEDS (Information Technology Statewide Education Data System). Work assignments follow a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process using an Agilelike approach for completing code changes for defined releases. This role works across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of created reports in the service of Texas s 1200 school districts.

Requirements
- 8 years experience in Skill in designing coding and supporting using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- 8 years experience in Stored Procedures and functions Development
- 8 years experience in Unit Testing
- 8 years experience in Agile
- 5 years experience in Jasper Reports Development
Preferred
- 3 Years experience in Knowledge of JIRA/Bitubucket
