Job Description
- To improve strategic risk management.
- To deepen transparency leadership with rigorous and robust measurement in line with growing stakeholder expectations.
- To focus on performance management to drive action.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to confirm the scope and clarify ESGrelated functional requirements.
- Analyze business needs to map ESG KPIs to SCM processes and systems.
- Design and document functional solutions to incorporate ESG KPIs in ERP systems (e.g. SAP ERP) that will be the base for the technical solution/ref architecture.
- Propose system enhancements or extensions in source systems to address ESG requirements.
- Recommend integration strategies for ESG KPIs across SCM touchpoints such as procurement inventory and logistics.
- Support evaluation and onboarding of external systems for advanced ESG metric tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience in SCM and ERP system management (preferably SAP ERP Ariba).
- Demonstrated experience in ESG strategy implementation with knowledge of climate change human rights and sustainable practices.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks.
- Understanding of data flows and integration between ERP systems and sustainability tools.
- Build bridges between business and technology teams.
- Deliver sustainable SCM solutions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership skills to guide crossfunctional teams and drive consensus.
