Job Description
- Perform repair service for RMA printers from customers
- Perform setup printer parameters following basic instructions
- Perform product inspection and test as needed
- Replace printer parts to meet service levels
- Collaborate with other functions to support business success and achieve best customer satisfaction
- Good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude are essential
- 12 years experience in electrical and/or electromechanical equipment
