Job Description
FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGER (Permanent)
Our client a settlement management company in WNY is looking to hire a Financial Project Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily responsibilities managing projects consisting of large datasets and financial information
- Gather information ensure it is organized in a detailed/efficient manner and conduct analysis on the data in order to generate accurate reports
- Clearly communicate findings and updates as necessary
- Liaise with clients acting as the primary point of contact for information regarding their accounts
- Answer questions and resolve any issues in a timely manner escalating as needed
- Mentor team members providing leadership and guidance while fostering a growthoriented environment
- Effectively communicate responsibilities to team members and maintain accountability for duties being completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders and upper management to ensure priorities are addressed and accuracy is maintained
- Maintain highest levels of confidentiality while managing personal/sensitive information
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Complete special projects in a timely manner juggling several at a time with ease
- Manage projects in a deadlinedriven environment
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- 100% inoffice
- $80000 $115000 annually depending on experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Project Management or related
- 5 years relative experience in project management data analysis financial operations or related
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills
- Selfmotivated
- Relocation not available
