In this position you will work in the business development division PSC Professional services where we aim to provide industryleading services and critically needed engineers to ensure our client s success. PSC Professional services is a rapidly growing division that offers costeffective solutions while providing industrybest skills features and customer service. We understand that the life sciences industry is evolving quickly and we rely on our talented teams to innovate and meet our customers expectations.



The Position


  • Our Inside Business Development Representatives are responsible for expanding PSC Professional services European business opportunities. As an Inside Business Development Representative you will play a critical role in the future expansion of PSC Professional services into new clients for the longterm success of the professional services division.
  • This role is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow as a salesperson in the competitive and technical life sciences industry. To succeed you must dedicate yourself to continued education in sales and working with a "practice makes perfect" mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls where you will engage with new prospects.
  • Present PSC solutions.
  • Develop creative email campaigns in your assigned region to supplement outbound calls to new prospects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of other unique outreach campaigns.
  • Manage your prospects as you cultivate relationships to generate leads for PSC Business development field sales team.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to contact prospects before and after events like trade shows and conferences as well as face to face meetings.
  • Work with marketing and business development to build creative and informative materials to send to prospects and clients.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to incorporate target companies into your outreach cadence.
  • Generate sales reports when necessary.
  • Document sales activities in CRM.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Complete other activities deemed necessary by management to achieve department goals.


Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related experience
  • 12 years of relevant experience with sales business development and client relationship management We are hiring the next generation of sales representatives
  • A passion for sales
  • Highly effective planning and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in MS Office and analysis software desired
